meu brasil, brasileiro*

Ok, ladies and gentlemen!

here we are, back again in order to introduce you the brazilian teams! hmm... i think it'd be better if i introduce you my country before that, right?

ok, so here we are:
big guy, isn't it? well, around 180 million people live here. the most strange fact it's almost nobody lives on northern states (which are quite wider than the southern ones) because... well i don't know why, i told you this is strange. hahaha

so many people living on 8.514.876,599 km
2. but there are other problems about the ground utilization and distribution... which i will describe you on another post.

getting back: there are 26 states but not everyone has a team competing on the brazilian championship soccer, even though there are states who has 2 or 3 teams. sao paulo is an example: for being the richest state, there are 6 teams located here. 6 of 20 (30%). it's a high number considering that there should be teams from another 25 states...

... but as i told you, there aren't. rio de janeiro has another 4 teams (20%) and rio grande do sul has 3 (15%). 'wow' you tell me 'so it isn't a real brazilian championship!'

and i answer you: no, it isn't. because the other states' teams are into the 2nd division in which weaker teams play... sad, i know...

*my brazilian Brazil (it's an excerpt from a song called 'aquarela do Brasil')
