VIRADA CULTURAL

What a pity I'm not in Sao Paulo. The prefecture has organized an event called "Virada Cultural". It's hard to explain what 'virada' means... We use this word usually to refer when a day becomes another one. Well, I think you understand soon.

This event starts today at 6pm and will finishes only at 6pm of sunday. That means we are having non-stop 24 hours of TONS of cultural programming (live, of course) around Sao Paulo's neighborhoods, including much music, theater, cinema, dance and even circus! It's a wonderful thing that happens once a year.

And not by any chance I got a message on my cell phone. It was my good friend Christian inviting me to watch Joao Bosco's concert in the Virada Cultural's opening. Oh, how I'm sorry about that.......
