12th ROUND OF BRAZILIAN CHAMPIONSHIP
Hi, folks!
How are you? I missed you, but I decided to wait a little longer to post here because of the 12th round of Brazilian Championship (do you remember about it? hahaha). So, here we go.
FIRST HALF
Well, you might ask me how I am feeling after a World Cup and keep watching soccer matches.
Honestly it is still very funny because here in Brazil we are very disappointed about the brazilian team on World Cup, so we prefer to support our teams we cheer for since we were children.
15/07 Botafogo 4 x 1 Ponte Preta
Ponte Preta is falling down, but Botafogo is now showing what it really is. Just wait. It will fall down together.
15/07 São Paulo 2 x 1 Figueirense
And Sao Paulo now is the leader. Nice result, but most part of its supporters think the players are acting like brazilian players on World Cup: they are not focused as much as they needed to be. Well, wednesday Sao Paulo will face Estudiantes form Argentina. Let's see how focused they are.
16/07 Palmeiras 1 x 0 Corinthians
HAHAHAHAHHAHA And now, Corinthians was overtaken by Palmeiras and it is now on one of the last positions. The crisis approaches!!!!!!!!!!!!
Palmeiras, on the other hand, seems to leave the red zone. It is the first time on the championship it won 2 games in-a-row.
16/07 Cruzeiro 0 x 0 Goiás
Goiás surprised me. After a terrible loss, it was able to draw with Cruzeiro, until then the leader of the championship... Nice result to Goiás. And to Sao Paulo too.
16/07 São Caetano 2 x 0 Santos
This was an unfair result. The referee mistook two times (two penalty shoots for Sao Caetano). But Santos did not deserve to win.
16/07 Grêmio 4 x 4 Fluminense
Wow, great game!!! Let me tell you about the evolution of the score:
Gremio scored 2-0. Then Fluminense scored 2-4. And on the last minute, Gremio was able to draw 4-4.
16/07 Fortaleza 1 x 4 Santa Cruz
Two terrible teams but Santa Cruz is now near Corinthians on the classification table. I wish it
overcomes Corinthians! hahaha
16/07 Paraná 2 x 1 Atlético Paranaense
And the traditional match involving two teams from same state. And, surprise, the richest did not win.
16/07 Juventude 2 x 0 Internacional
Internacional has the excuse of not playing at its home. And Juventude belongs to Rio Grande do Sul state, in which every game is difficult.
16/07 Flamengo 0 x 1 Vasco
Vasco even playing with its reserve players was able to beat Flamengo. And Flamengo's team is a real shame for its supporters, as much as it has been for 10 years.
